Montecristo Lady Automatic - Locman Italy

The ladies’ version of LOCMAN Italy’s iconic Montecristo is now available with a self-winding movement. For this new model, the Elba watchmaking company decided to satisfy modern women’s ever-growing demand for elegance and femininity by offering a model that delivers enhanced performance while sacrificing none of its inherent refinement.

Performance is boosted thanks to the Swiss-made mechanical self-winding movement produced in partnership with the S.I.O. Italian School of Watchmaking LOCMAN’s in-house academy, which has been testing and certifying all the company’s watch movements since 2006. The Montecristo Lady Automatic movement features an elegant pink gold-toned oscillating weight, visible through a crystal fitted on the caseback.

Along with technical enhancements, the Montecristo Lady Automatic also aunts a new look created by a domed inner bezel ring framing the dial which is available in black or natural white mother-of-pearl versions, graced with applied hour-markers and Roman numerals at 6 and 12 o’clock. This model may be fitted with an equally exclusive choice between a natural leather strap with stainless steel folding clasp, or a satin-finish steel bracelet.

All versions have a steel and titanium case with a golden rose PVD coating, equipped with a screw-down featuring a double O-ring system that guarantees water resistance to 10 ATM (100 metres). The round case of the DIAMONDS interpretation is embellished with two natural diamond pavé settings adorning the central lug bars, along with diamond hour-markers forming a sparkling ring around the shimmering dial.
